Crunch: News about the Eldritch Geometry Election
We are entering the final days of campaigning, and it is down to FEATURELESS MONOLITH and SPARKING ORB.
FEATURELESS MONOLITH comes from the 5th dimension wing of the Lovecraftian party, and it’s policy positions have been described as “non-euclidean” and “featureless”. Rallying stadiums full of potentially hypnotically enthusiastic supporters, the ominous chorus that emanates from FEATURELESS MONOLITHS depths has generated significant gains in the polls across the country.
On the other side of the coin, SPARKING ORB has been generating some real energy in swing states. SPARKING ORB is newer to the political scene and rose quickly to the top ranks of the Old Gods Party. SPARKING ORB has been described as a “pan-dimensional populist” and a “fiscal conservative”.
It’s hard to say what effect either of these two candidates will have on the political culture, but commentators are using this election as a bell-weather to tell which way the population is leaning. Noted Commentator and esteemed Tele-cultist Chthonic Chauncey believes that a win for FEATURELESS MONOLITH signals a willingness by the population to push in a more non-euclidean direction, especially as regards foreign policy and monetary policy. Shocking Shelley, a political analyst specializing in the Old Gods, thinks a win for SPARKING ORB signals the population is shifting a way from tired old dimensional politics and leaning towards more pan-dimensional policies especially as regards social justice and human sacrifice. Not to mention a desire for lower taxes.
Election 2024 is shaping up to be hotly contested. What do you think?
