I’m fried folks. I’ve been frying for a while and it finally caught up to me. I was supposed to have a story ready for Friday, I did not. I was supposed to write an exercise today, I just plain cannot. Rather than leave you fine people in the dark, I thought I’d let you know!
Scoot, what’s got you in the frying pan? A lot of things! There’s a lot going on in meatspace world, some of it I can’t talk about and some of it I can. The things I can talk about include work and some changes to my schedule and generally just not riding the waves of life very well. You know how, at the Olympics, a gold-medal diver will make basically no splash? I make a big splash.
Thank you for reading and understanding. I’m delayed but not down—I fully intend to get back on schedule, so this isn’t an announcement or anything just an explanation of why you’re not getting an exercise today. Keep an eye out for a return to your regularly scheduled programming!

I go back to old movies, ones I've seen a ridiculous number of times and just enjoy the nostalgia. I give myself permission to do nothing as I watch over several days. I also go offline, spend more time in meatspace. Disconnect.
